Philosophy
Each person has unique qualities, which, when appreciated as they are, grow within us until they must be expressed. When we do this consciously and on purpose, our communities benefit. The road to expressing our best version is paved with release of self-judgments, growth of identity, and confidence built by experience.
In the therapeutic relationship, you request therapy in order to benefit from the professional's "Expert Wisdom." This includes years of experience, training, and understanding of the scientific studies. Expert Wisdom is only half of the equation, however, as each person is unique. Within you exists a part that knows exactly what you need and which choices are right for you. This is your "Inner Wisdom." When we combine the two types of wisdom with collaboration in therapy, you see results and your life is full of joy and satisfaction.

Dr. Bonnie offers a free 15 minute phone consultation in order to answer any initial questions and to give you some idea of the tools she might utilize in your case. Once you decide to work together, you can make an initial appointment.
